Family Lawyer

We are looking to recruit a Family Solicitor, FILEX or Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years PQE experience to join our Family Law team at our branch office in Hinckley.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload and must be confident working independently, handling a broad spectrum of family work, private and some public, including divorce, separation, finances, children act and domestic violence.  They will be expected, if qualified, to undertake their own advocacy and must possess excellent client care skills.

In this role, the successful candidate will be supported by other senior lawyers and experienced support staff members within the team. The position will enable the successful candidate to further enhance their family law knowledge and reputation.

This is a full-time position working 36.25 hours per week - Monday to Friday (1 hour for lunch).


Senior Childcare Solicitor

We are looking to recruit a Senior Childcare Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE to join our family law team at our head office in Nuneaton.

The ideal candidate must possess sound technical expertise across all aspects of publicly funded care work and be confident working independently with minimal supervision.

They must meet the Family Law Legal Aid Supervisor Standard and be Children Panel accredited (or be willing to work towards achieving the same). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines is essential as well as having the ability to develop the existing caseload via strong referral connections.

In this role, you will be the lead care lawyer within the team supported by an experienced care secretary. The position will enable the successful candidate to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the care department within the firm.  

This is a full-time position working 36.25 hours per week - Monday to Friday (1 hour for lunch).


Legal Secretary/Assistant

We are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary/Assistant to join our expanding Property Team at our head office in Nuneaton.

Responsibilities will include audio typing, dealing with telephone enquiries, organising and maintaining filing systems, diary management and general administration duties.

The ideal candidate must have experience working in a legal property department (conveyancing and/or commercial), possess excellent typing skills and work in an organised and efficient manner.  They will need to be proficient in the use of MS Word, Outlook, Digital Dictation and have experience working with a Case Management System.

This is a full time position working 36.25 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.15pm (1 hour for lunch).


Audio Typist

We are looking to recruit an experienced audio typist to join the Administration team at our head office in Nuneaton.

In this role, the successful candidate will form part of a typing pool supporting all departments across the firm.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent typing skills and work in an organised and efficient manner.  They will need to be proficient in the use of MS Word, Outlook and Digital Dictation. Legal and Case Management System experience desirable but not essential.

This is a full time position working 36.25 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.15pm (1 hour for lunch).
