Commercial Property Solicitor
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced solicitor at Senior Associate/Partner level specialising in Commercial Property/Corporate Law to join our long established and well-respected Commercial Team based in Nuneaton.
The role comes as part of succession planning therefore the position provides an excellent career progression opportunity within the firm which includes being earmarked as the future Head of Department (within 12 months) and the possibility of joining the Partnership.
As a senior member of the Commercial Property/Corporate Team you will be responsible for a varied but high quality caseload, including building strong working relationships with our larger commercial clients. Typically your case load would consist of:-
- acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- grants of leases and lease renewals,
- mergers, business sales, shareholders agreements,
- project development and associated planning agreements and options.

Senior Childcare Solicitor
We are looking to recruit a Senior Childcare Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE to join our expanding family law team.
The ideal candidate must possess sound technical expertise across all aspects of publicly funded care work and be confident working independently with minimal supervision.
They must meet the Family Law Legal Aid Supervisor Standard and be Children Panel accredited (or be willing to work towards achieving the same). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines is essential as well as having the ability to develop the existing caseload via strong referral connections.
In this role, you will be the lead care lawyer within the team supported by an experienced care secretary. The position will enable the successful candidate to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the care department within the firm.
This is a full-time position working 36.25 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join us at our head office in Nuneaton.
In this role, the successful candidate will provide additional and temporary secretarial support to all fee earners and departments. Assignments may be short-term for just the day, or for several days at a time within different departments.
The ideal candidate must have legal secretarial experience (ideally gained in multiple departments), possess excellent typing skills, be able to prioritise, multitask and be flexible. They will also need to be proficient in the use of MS Word, Outlook, Digital Dictation and have experience working with a Case Management System.
This is a full-time position working 36.25 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.15pm (1 hour for lunch). Salary to be discussed at interview.
Post Completions Clerk
We are looking to recruit an experienced Post Completions Clerk to join our ResidentialConveyancing Team at our head office in Nuneaton.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a busy Conveyancing Department with experience of submitting, both electronically and in paper format, registrations of title, scheduling of deeds and documents and submissions to clients and mortgagees. Excellent organisation and communications skills, both verbal and written are essential.
