An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join our Residential Conveyancing team at our Head Office in Nuneaton. This is a new role due to the growth and expansion of the existing department.
The ideal candidate must be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing, all acquired at the same firm, and be able to handle matters from the initial instruction through to completion. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines/targets.
This is a full-time position working 36.25 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.15pm with an hour for lunch.

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced solicitor at Senior Associate/Partner level specialising in Commercial Property/Corporate Law to join our long established and well-respected Commercial Team based in Nuneaton.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to provide maternity leave cover (minimum of 9 months commencing November 2021) in our Wills and Probate department at our head office in Nuneaton.
Responsibilities will include audio typing, dealing with telephone enquiries, organising and maintaining filing systems, diary management and general administration duties.
The ideal candidate must have experience working in a Private Client department (Wills and Probate), possess excellent typing skills and work in an organised and efficient manner. They will need to be proficient in the use of MS Word, Outlook, Digital Dictation and have experience working with a Case Management System.

Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Assistant
We are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary/Assistant to join our Conveyancing Department at our head office in Nuneaton.
Duties and responsibilities include assistance with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, production of documentation under supervision and transcribing of letters and other correspondence using digital dictation, maintaining files to the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) standard, completing and submitting Land Registry forms, dealing with clients both in person and over the telephone and undertaking general housekeeping duties such as filing.
The ideal candidate must have legal support experience working to tight deadlines in a fast paced Conveyancing department. They must possess excellent typing skills, be able to prioritise, multitask and have exceptional communication skills. They will also need to be proficient in the use of MS Word, Outlook, Digital Dictation and have experience working with a Case Management System.
